What is MultiFactor Authentication?
MultiFactor authentication is an authentication method in which a user is granted access only after successfully presenting two or more pieces of evidence (or factors) to an authentication mechanism. In this case, it will mean your login credentials along with an access code pushed to a mobile device.
We use this here at Vox Media to keep employee accounts secure throughout your day to day workflow, and this document will walk you through how to set it up prior to your first day with us.
Steps to Set up Your MultiFactor Authentication?
- On a separate computer or on the mobile device you will be authorizing as a factor, proceed to our single sign on portal called Okta, accessible atlogin.voxmedia.com
- Enter your provided company login credentials. Your credentials will be as follows: [pic 1]
